About the role
About Us
We are a staffing services technology company that helps organizations design, build, and scale digital products and engineering capabilities. Our teams deliver end-to-end software development, engineering, and design services, and we provide flexible staffing solutions to augment internal teams with specialized talent—quickly and reliably.
The Role
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive the execution of our key business objectives. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of related projects, managing resources, and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery. You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and operations leaders to align program outcomes with organizational strategy and ensure a seamless experience for internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Program Strategy & Planning: Define the scope, roadmap, and objectives for complex programs; develop comprehensive project plans that align with company goals and ensure all work streams are synchronized.
Execution & Delivery Management: Oversee the day-to-day execution of multiple projects within the program; monitor progress against timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and bottlenecks; develop mitigation strategies and lead problem-solving efforts to resolve issues before they impact the program’s success.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the program; facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Department Heads to resource projects effectively, resolve conflicting priorities, and ensure that program outputs deliver value to the business.
Administrative & Reporting: Maintain accurate program documentation and dashboards; define and track KPIs (e.g., ROI, resource utilization, on-time delivery) and provide regular status updates to executive leadership.
Process Improvement: Establish and refine program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall); conduct post-mortem reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a technology or operations environment; previous experience managing cross-functional teams is required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (PMP, PgMP, or CSM certification is highly preferred).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence without authority and facilitate consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to see the "big picture" while managing the details; capable of aligning tactical execution with long-term business strategy.
Leadership & Organization: Demonstrated success in leading complex initiatives with multiple work streams; strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, make data-driven decisions, and adapt plans as business needs evolve.
Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Resilience & Adaptability: Self-motivated and composed under pressure; comfortable managing change and driving progress in a dynamic environment.
Team Collaboration: Collaborative mindset; comfortable working across departments to break down silos and foster a culture of shared accountability.
