The Role
We are seeking a President of Global Workforce Strategy to own the enterprise workforce agenda—how the organization plans, sources, deploys, and develops talent across every geography. You will connect business strategy to workforce architecture, building the talent capacity and flexibility the company needs to scale.
What You’ll Do
● Workforce Strategy: Own the global workforce strategy and multi-year talent capacity plan.
● Workforce Planning: Lead strategic workforce planning, location strategy, and build-buy-borrow decisions.
● Talent Architecture: Design the workforce model across employees, contingent labor, and partners.
● Global Mobility: Own global mobility, workforce compliance, and cross-border deployment strategy.
● Analytics: Build workforce analytics and forecasting to inform executive decisions.
● Executive Alignment: Partner with the CEO, CHRO, and regional leaders on workforce priorities and results.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: 15+ years in workforce strategy, talent, or human-capital leadership at global scale.
● Strategic Command: Proven track record connecting business strategy to workforce architecture.
● Planning Expertise: Deep experience in strategic workforce planning and location strategy.
● Leadership: Experience building and leading large, distributed workforce organizations.
● Strategic: Ability to set workforce direction and make enterprise talent trade-offs.
● Executive Presence: Board- and investor-ready communication.
● Education: Bachelor's required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

● Global Scale: Experience owning workforce strategy across multiple regions.
● Contingent Labor: Experience scaling contingent and flexible workforce models.

Compensation & Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $450,000 to $560,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
