The Role
We are seeking a President of Global Crisis Communications to lead the enterprise's readiness for, and response to, reputational and operational crises worldwide. You will own crisis strategy, protocols, and rapid response—protecting the brand, coordinating stakeholders, and leading communications under pressure.
What You’ll Do
● Crisis Strategy: Own the global crisis communications strategy, protocols, and playbooks.
● Rapid Response: Lead real-time response to reputational, operational, and regulatory crises.
● Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate executives, legal, regulators, media, and internal audiences.
● Reputation Management: Protect and restore brand and reputation across regions and channels.
● Preparedness: Build readiness, simulation, and training programs enterprise-wide.
● Executive Alignment: Advise the CEO and board during high-stakes events.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: 15+ years in communications, public affairs, or crisis leadership.
● Crisis Command: Proven track record leading communications through major crises at scale.
● Media Expertise: Deep experience across media relations, messaging, and reputation management.
● Leadership: Experience building and leading global communications organizations.
● Judgment: Sound judgment and composure under high-stakes pressure.
● Executive Presence: Board- and investor-ready communication.
● Education: Bachelor's required; advanced degree preferred.

● Global Scale: Experience managing crises across multiple regions and languages.
● Regulated Industries: Experience in highly regulated or high-scrutiny sectors.
● Digital & Social: Experience managing crises across digital and social channels.

Compensation & Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $400,000 to $525,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
