About Us
Integral Creative Solutions (ICS) is a retained executive search and staffing firm that partners with high-growth and enterprise organizations to identify, attract, and place the senior leadership talent that drives their next stage of scale. On behalf of a confidential client, we are conducting this search. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced leadership team and make an outsized, measurable impact from day one.
The Role
We are looking for a seasoned operating executive to serve as President of Global Business Units — owning the P&L, strategy, and performance of multiple global business units. You will translate corporate strategy into unit-level execution, lead a team of general managers and functional heads, and drive profitable growth across markets, products, and regions.
What You’ll Do
● P&L Ownership: Own the full P&L across multiple global business units, setting revenue, margin, and growth targets and holding leaders accountable to them.
● Strategy Execution: Translate corporate strategy into unit-level operating plans, market-entry decisions, and portfolio priorities.
● Leadership: Lead and develop a team of general managers and functional heads; build succession depth across the business units.
● Growth: Identify and capture organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including new markets, products, and partnerships.
● Operational Excellence: Drive cross-unit operating standards, resource allocation, and performance management.
● Board & C-Suite: Represent the business units to the CEO, board, and investors; report on performance and strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: 15+ years of progressive operating leadership, with 5+ years owning a multi-unit or multi-region P&L at the VP/GM level or above.
● P&L Command: Proven track record scaling revenue and expanding margin across diverse business lines.
● Global Scope: Experience leading distributed, multi-country operations and teams.
● Strategic Leadership: Ability to set direction, allocate capital, and make decisive portfolio trade-offs.
● Talent Builder: Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and retaining senior operating leaders.
● Executive Presence: Board- and investor-ready communication and stakeholder management.
● Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
Bonus Points
● M&A Experience: Experience integrating acquisitions into an operating portfolio.
● Industry: Background in industrial, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
● Transformation: Track record leading turnaround or high-growth scaling.
● International: Experience establishing operations in new geographies.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $450,000 to $650,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
Additional Benefits:
● Equity: Competitive equity / long-term incentive package.
● Work Setup: Flexible work arrangement with a home-office stipend where applicable.
● Health: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
● Time Off: Flexible PTO policy + Company Holidays.
● Growth: Annual learning and development budget.
● Retirement: 401(k) matching plan.
