The Role
We are seeking a President of Executive Operations to serve as the operational backbone of the executive office—driving execution, cadence, and cross-functional coordination across the enterprise. You will own the systems and rhythms that turn strategy into consistent, measurable delivery.
What You’ll Do
● Operational Strategy: Own enterprise operating cadence, priorities, and execution frameworks.
● Cross-Functional Delivery: Drive coordination and delivery across functions and business units.
● Executive Office: Lead the operations of the executive office and governance rhythms.
● Performance Management: Own enterprise goal-setting, tracking, and accountability.
● Special Initiatives: Lead high-priority, cross-cutting initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
● Executive Alignment: Partner with the CEO and leadership team on execution and results.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: 15+ years in operations, chief-of-staff, or general management leadership.
● Execution Command: Proven track record turning strategy into consistent operational delivery.
● Operating Expertise: Deep experience running cross-functional operating rhythms at scale.
● Leadership: Experience building and leading operations organizations.
● Strategic: Ability to set operating priorities and make enterprise trade-offs.
● Executive Presence: Board- and investor-ready communication.
● Education: Bachelor's required; MBA strongly preferred.
Bonus Points
● Global Scale: Experience running operations across multiple regions.
● Transformation: Experience leading operational transformation or scaling.
● Chief of Staff: Prior chief-of-staff or executive-office leadership experience.
● Industry: Operations leadership in the client's markets.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $475,000 to $625,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
