Compensation: $140,000 annualized (Contract rate) Location: 100% Remote (United States) Duration: 6-month contract with a direct conversion path to full-time employment Client: Confidential (Global Search & Technology Leader) About the Role We are partnering with a world-leading search engine technology giant to find a sharp, adaptable Operations Specialist. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a critical operational backbone, optimizing internal workflows, managing complex data pipelines, and ensuring cross-functional initiatives run seamlessly. This position is designed for an autonomous problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate ambiguous challenges into structured, scalable processes. This is a 6-month 1099 contract engagement with a strong, pre-approved performance-based path to convert into a permanent full-time position directly with our client.
