The Role
We are seeking a Head of Regulatory Affairs to own regulatory strategy, agency engagement, and compliance with applicable industry regulations and standards. You will lead submissions and certifications, monitor regulatory change, and advise leadership on impact.
What You’ll Do
● Regulatory Strategy: Own the regulatory affairs strategy and agency engagement.
● Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations and standards.
● Agency Relationships: Manage relationships with regulators and standards bodies.
● Submissions: Lead regulatory submissions, filings, and certifications.
● Monitoring: Monitor regulatory change and advise leadership on impact.
● Cross-Functional: Partner with legal, quality, and operations on compliance.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: 8+ years in regulatory affairs / compliance, including leadership.
● Regulatory Expertise: Deep knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
● Agency Engagement: Experience engaging regulators and standards bodies.
● Submissions: Track record managing filings and certifications.
● Analytical: Ability to interpret and operationalize regulatory requirements.
● Communication: Strong cross-functional communication.
● Education: Bachelor's in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus.
Bonus Points
● Industry: Regulatory experience in the client's markets.
● International: Multi-jurisdiction regulatory experience.
● Certification: Relevant regulatory certification.
● Standards: Experience with standards development.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $245000 to $300,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
