The Role We are seeking a Head of Investor Relations to own the equity story and the relationship with the Street. You will lead earnings, investor days, and roadshows, craft consistent and compliant financial messaging with the CEO and CFO, and provide leadership with investor intelligence. What You’ll Do ● IR Strategy: Own investor relations strategy and the equity story. ● Investor Communications: Lead earnings, investor days, roadshows, and investor materials. ● Street Management: Manage relationships with analysts and institutional investors. ● Messaging: Craft consistent, compliant financial messaging with the CEO and CFO. ● Market Intelligence: Provide leadership with investor sentiment and competitive intelligence. ● Compliance: Ensure disclosure compliance in coordination with legal and finance. What We’re Looking For ● Experience: 8+ years in IR, equity research, or corporate finance. ● Capital Markets: Strong understanding of capital markets and the buy / sell side. ● Communication: Exceptional financial storytelling and executive communication. ● Messaging: Experience crafting the equity narrative. ● Relationships: Established analyst / investor relationships. ● Compliance: Knowledge of disclosure and regulatory requirements. ● Education: Bachelor's in finance or related; MBA / CFA a plus. Bonus Points ● IPO: IPO or public-company IR experience. ● Sell-Side: Equity research background. ● Industry: Sector coverage in the client's markets. ● ESG: ESG / sustainability reporting experience. Compensation & Benefits We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $350,000 to $425,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
