The Role
We are seeking a Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to design and lead an enterprise DEI strategy that produces measurable improvements in hiring, retention, and belonging. You will partner across the business to embed equity into talent processes, culture, and leadership accountability.
What You’ll Do
● DEI Strategy: Design and own the enterprise DEI strategy, roadmap, and goals.
● Talent Integration: Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to embed equity across hiring, development, and promotion.
● Culture & Belonging: Build programs, ERGs, and education that foster an inclusive, high-belonging culture.
● Accountability: Establish DEI metrics, dashboards, and leadership accountability mechanisms.
● Advisory: Advise executives and managers on inclusive leadership and complex situations.
● Measurement: Track and report measurable improvements in representation, retention, and inclusion.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: 8+ years in DEI, HR, or organizational development, including program leadership.
● DEI Expertise: Proven track record building DEI programs with measurable outcomes.
● Talent Fluency: Understanding of how equity integrates into the full talent lifecycle.
● Analytical: Ability to use data to set goals and measure DEI progress.
● Influence: Skilled at influencing executives and driving cultural change.
● Communication: Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
● Education: Bachelor's required; advanced degree or DEI certification a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $325,000 to $360,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
