The Role
We are looking for a Head of Continuous Improvement to build and lead the enterprise operational-excellence program. You will deploy Lean and Six Sigma across functions and sites, deliver quantified cost, quality, and cycle-time improvements, and instill a durable culture of continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
● CI Strategy: Design and lead the enterprise continuous-improvement program and operating-excellence roadmap.
● Lean / Six Sigma: Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies across functions and sites.
● Process Optimization: Identify, prioritize, and execute process-improvement initiatives with measurable ROI.
● Capability Building: Train and certify teams; build a culture of continuous improvement.
● Metrics: Establish KPIs and dashboards to track improvement and sustain gains.
● Cross-Functional: Partner with operations, quality, and finance to embed improvements.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: 8+ years in continuous improvement / operational excellence, including team leadership.
● Methodology: Deep Lean and Six Sigma expertise (Black Belt or Master Black Belt).
● Results: Track record delivering quantified cost, quality, and cycle-time improvements.
● Change Management: Ability to drive cultural and behavioral change across an organization.
● Analytical: Strong data analysis and structured problem-solving skills.
● Influence: Ability to lead through influence across functions.
● Education: Bachelor's required; engineering or operations background preferred.
Bonus Points
● Certification: Master Black Belt certification.
● Manufacturing: Shop-floor / manufacturing improvement experience.
● Digital: Experience with digital- or automation-enabled process improvement.
● Multi-Site: Experience deploying CI across multiple facilities.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $250,000 to $350,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
