The Role We are seeking a Global Head of Regulatory Compliance to own the enterprise compliance program across every jurisdiction. You will build the framework, controls, and culture that keep the company ahead of regulatory change and protect it from compliance risk at scale. What You’ll Do ● Compliance Strategy: Own the global regulatory compliance strategy and program. ● Framework & Controls: Build and maintain the compliance framework, policies, and controls. ● Regulatory Engagement: Manage relationships with regulators and monitor regulatory change. ● Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risk across jurisdictions. ● Compliance Culture: Drive training, monitoring, and a culture of compliance enterprise-wide. ● Executive Alignment: Advise the CEO, board, and General Counsel on compliance risk and posture. What We’re Looking For ● Experience: 15+ years in regulatory compliance, legal, or risk leadership at scale. ● Program Command: Proven track record building and running enterprise compliance programs. ● Regulatory Expertise: Deep experience across multi-jurisdictional regulatory regimes. ● Leadership: Experience building and leading global compliance organizations. ● Judgment: Sound judgment balancing risk, growth, and regulatory obligations. ● Executive Presence: Board- and investor-ready communication. ● Education: Bachelor's required; JD or advanced degree strongly preferred. Bonus Points ● Global Scale: Experience managing compliance across multiple regions and regulators. ● Regulated Industries: Experience in highly regulated sectors. ● Certifications: Relevant compliance or legal certifications. ● Industry: Compliance leadership in the client's markets. Compensation & Benefits We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $400,000 to $525,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
