The Role
We are seeking a Global Head of Enterprise Sales to own the global enterprise revenue number and build and scale a world-class sales organization. You will drive the enterprise go-to-market motion end to end, instill rigorous sales discipline, and personally engage in the most strategic deals.
What You’ll Do
● Revenue Ownership: Own the global enterprise revenue number, quota-setting, and forecast accuracy.
● Sales Leadership: Build, lead, and scale a global enterprise sales organization across regions.
● GTM Execution: Drive the enterprise go-to-market motion, from pipeline generation to complex closes.
● Process & Discipline: Institute rigorous sales process, methodology, and CRM discipline.
● Key Accounts: Personally engage in strategic, high-value enterprise deals and executive relationships.
● Cross-Functional: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to drive the full funnel.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: 12+ years in enterprise sales, with 5+ years leading global or multi-region teams.
● Quota Track Record: Consistent record of meeting or exceeding large enterprise revenue targets.
● Team Building: Proven success recruiting and scaling high-performing sales teams.
● Complex Deals: Expertise closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
● Methodology: Command of modern sales methodology and forecasting discipline.
● Executive Selling: Strong C-level selling and negotiation skills.
● Education: Bachelor's required; MBA a plus.
Bonus Points
● Scaling: Experience scaling a sales organization through rapid growth.
● Industry: Enterprise relationships in the client's markets.
● International: Global / multi-region sales leadership.
● Systems: Salesforce and modern sales-tech-stack fluency.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $350,000 to $500,000 with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
