The Role We are seeking a Global Chief Transformation Officer to design and drive the enterprise-wide transformation agenda across every region and business unit. You will own the transformation portfolio end to end—operating model redesign, digital and process modernization, cost and margin programs, and cultural change—translating strategy into measurable, sustained results. What You’ll Do ● Transformation Strategy: Own the global transformation agenda and roadmap across all regions and business units. ● Operating Model: Redesign the enterprise operating model to unlock efficiency, speed, and scale. ● Value Delivery: Own the transformation P&L—cost, margin, and productivity targets—and deliver quantified results. ● Digital & Process: Lead digital, automation, and process-modernization programs enterprise-wide. ● Change Leadership: Drive adoption and cultural change so transformation sticks across the organization. ● Executive Alignment: Partner with the CEO, board, and regional leaders on priorities, sequencing, and governance. What We’re Looking For ● Experience: 18+ years of enterprise leadership, including large-scale, multi-region transformation ownership. ● Value Command: Proven track record delivering quantified transformation value at scale. ● Operating Model: Deep expertise redesigning operating models across functions and geographies. ● Leadership: Experience leading global, cross-functional transformation organizations. ● Strategic: Ability to set direction, sequence initiatives, and make enterprise trade-offs. ● Executive Presence: Board- and investor-ready communication. ● Education: Bachelor's required; MBA strongly preferred. Bonus Points ● Global Scale: Experience leading transformation across multiple continents and regulatory regimes. ● M&A: Post-merger integration and carve-out transformation experience. ● Digital: Experience leading AI, automation, or large-scale digital transformation. ● Industry: Transformation leadership in the client's markets. Compensation & Benefits We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $525,000 to $675,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
