The Role
We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to unify the systems, processes, and data across marketing, sales, and customer success. You will own the revenue tech stack, forecasting rigor, and pipeline analytics that make the go-to-market engine predictable and efficient.
What You’ll Do
● RevOps Strategy: Own revenue operations across the full funnel — marketing, sales, and customer success alignment.
● Systems & Data: Own the revenue tech stack (CRM, MAP, CPQ) and ensure clean, reliable data.
● Forecasting: Build forecasting, pipeline, and territory/quota models that drive predictability.
● Process: Design and optimize lead-to-cash processes and GTM workflows.
● Analytics: Deliver funnel analytics, dashboards, and insights to GTM leadership.
● Enablement: Partner with enablement to improve rep productivity and adoption.
What We’re Looking For
● Experience: 8+ years in revenue operations, sales ops, or GTM strategy, including leadership.
● Systems: Deep expertise with CRM (Salesforce) and the revenue tech stack.
● Analytical: Strong forecasting, modeling, and data-analysis skills.
● Process Design: Track record building scalable GTM processes.
● Cross-Functional: Ability to align marketing, sales, and CS around shared metrics.
● Communication: Ability to translate data into executive-ready insight.
● Education: Bachelor's required; MBA a plus.
Bonus Points
● Scaling: Experience building RevOps from scratch in high growth.
● Tools: Experience with CPQ, MAP (Marketo/HubSpot), and BI tools.
● SQL: Data / SQL fluency.
● Industry: RevOps experience in the client's markets.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $275,000 to $365,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
