The Role We are looking for a Director of Corporate Responsibility / CSR to design and lead the company's social-impact and corporate-citizenship strategy. You will own community, philanthropy, and social-impact programs, and translate purpose into measurable outcomes and stakeholder trust. What You’ll Do ● CSR Strategy: Own the corporate responsibility and social-impact strategy and roadmap. ● Community & Philanthropy: Lead community engagement, philanthropy, and volunteer programs. ● Partnerships: Build partnerships with nonprofits, community, and mission-aligned organizations. ● Impact Measurement: Establish metrics and report measurable social-impact outcomes. ● Employee Engagement: Drive employee participation in giving and volunteering. ● Storytelling: Partner with communications to tell the company's purpose story. What We’re Looking For ● Experience: 8+ years in CSR, social impact, or community relations, including leadership. ● Program Delivery: Track record building social-impact programs with measurable outcomes. ● Partnerships: Experience developing nonprofit and community partnerships. ● Analytical: Ability to measure and report impact. ● Communication: Strong storytelling and stakeholder-engagement skills. ● Values: Authentic commitment to purpose and community. ● Education: Bachelor's required; advanced degree a plus. Bonus Points ● ESG Linkage: Experience linking CSR to broader ESG strategy. ● Foundation: Experience managing a corporate foundation or giving program. ● Industry: CSR experience in the client's markets. ● Global: Global community-engagement experience. Compensation & Benefits We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $260,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
