Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative
Team: Amazon Path Finder – Alexa+ Products
Employment Type: Contract (24 months)
Location: Remote (United States – including California)
Pay Rate: $64 per hour (W2 or 1099)
Proxima Staffing is seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to support the Amazon Path Finder – Alexa+ Products team. This is a long-term contract opportunity focused on providing high-quality customer support for users of Amazon’s Alexa+ products and services.
This role is fully remote and offers a stable 24-month engagement with the potential for extension or hire based on performance and business needs. Candidates will be part of a customer support environment that emphasizes professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent user experience.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email
Assist customers with inquiries related to Alexa+ products and services
Troubleshoot product issues and provide clear resolutions
Document customer interactions accurately and consistently in internal systems
Deliver a high standard of customer service aligned with Amazon expectations
Follow established support processes, guidelines, and escalation procedures
Maintain professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced remote environment
Qualifications
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency and comfort using digital support tools
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required
Must be able to work across U.S. time zones (EST–PST)
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required
