The Role We are seeking a Chief People & Workplace Officer to own the enterprise people and workplace agenda end to end. You will lead talent, culture, and the physical and digital workplace as one integrated system, ensuring the organization can attract, develop, and retain the talent it needs to scale. Compensation & Benefits We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $450,000 to $600,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
