About the role
About Us
Integral Creative Solutions (ICS) is a retained executive search and staffing firm that partners with high-growth and enterprise organizations to identify, attract, and place the senior leadership talent that drives their next stage of scale. On behalf of a confidential client, we are conducting this search. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced leadership team and make an outsized, measurable impact from day one.
The Role
We are looking for a high-caliber Chief of Staff to serve as a force-multiplier for the CEO — driving priorities, running the leadership operating cadence, and leading the cross-functional initiatives that don't yet have an owner. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for a structured, low-ego operator with exceptional judgment.
What You’ll Do
● Executive Leverage: Act as a trusted extension of the CEO, driving priorities, follow-through, and decision velocity.
● Operating Cadence: Own the leadership operating rhythm — agendas, OKRs, business reviews, and board prep.
● Special Projects: Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives that don't yet have a clear owner.
● Communication: Draft executive communications, board materials, and organizational messaging on the CEO's behalf.
● Alignment: Serve as a connective layer across the C-Suite, ensuring decisions are made, documented, and executed.
● Signal Management: Synthesize information from across the business to surface risks and opportunities early.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 8+ years in a strategic, operating, or advisory role; prior Chief of Staff, consulting, or corporate strategy experience preferred.
● Judgment: Exceptional discretion and judgment handling confidential, high-stakes matters.
● Execution: Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion amid ambiguity.
● Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication; comfortable ghostwriting for executives.
● Structure: Highly organized systems-thinker who brings order to complexity.
● EQ: High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence without authority.
● Education: Bachelor's required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Bonus Points
● Consulting/Banking: Background in top-tier consulting, banking, or private equity.
● Scale Experience: Experience supporting a CEO through rapid growth or transformation.
● Board Work: Exposure to board operations and governance.
● Analytical: Strong data and financial fluency.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $175,000 to $275,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
Additional Benefits:
● Equity: Competitive equity / long-term incentive package.
● Work Setup: Flexible work arrangement with a home-office stipend where applicable.
● Health: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
● Time Off: Flexible PTO policy + Company Holidays.
● Growth: Annual learning and development budget.
● Retirement: 401(k) matching plan.
