About Us
We are a staffing services technology company that helps organizations design, build, and scale digital products and engineering capabilities. Our teams deliver end-to-end software development, engineering, and design services, and we provide flexible staffing solutions to augment internal teams with specialized talent—quickly and reliably.
The Role
We are seeking a visionary, results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our executive leadership team. You’ll be responsible for owning the brand story, driving customer acquisition, and leading our global marketing strategy. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and the CEO to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets, ensuring a cohesive customer journey from brand awareness to advocacy.
What You’ll Do
Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and execute the company’s long-term brand vision; oversee messaging, visual identity, and market positioning to ensure our value proposition resonates with target audiences and differentiates us from competitors.
Demand Generation & Growth: Lead the strategy for inbound and outbound marketing channels; oversee performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and events to drive high-quality leads and measurable revenue growth.
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market: Orchestrate successful product launches; work with Product teams to translate technical features into compelling benefits and ensure sales teams are equipped with the right enablement tools.
Customer Lifecycle & Retention: Develop strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV); oversee customer engagement programs, loyalty initiatives, and communications that foster retention and reduce churn.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Sales leadership to align on lead definitions, pipeline targets, and conversion strategies; partner with Product to infuse customer feedback into the roadmap.
Administrative & Reporting: Manage the marketing budget and resource allocation; establish a data-driven culture by tracking KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, MQL/SQL conversion) and presenting performance reports to the Board of Directors.
Market Intelligence & Innovation: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior; identify new market opportunities and leverage emerging technologies (e.g., AI in marketing) to maintain a competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years in a VP or C-level role; experience scaling B2B SaaS or high-growth consumer brands is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a strong plus.
Communication: Exceptional storytelling and public speaking skills; ability to inspire internal teams and represent the brand externally to media, analysts, and investors.
Leadership: Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead a diverse marketing organization across multiple disciplines (Creative, Demand Gen, Comms, Product Marketing).
Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated success in connecting marketing activities to the bottom line; ability to balance brand-building with short-term performance targets.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets to optimize spend and pivot strategies based on market feedback.
Systems & Tools: Proficiency with the modern marketing stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics) and familiarity with attribution modeling.
Resilience & Adaptability: Strategic thinker who is creative yet pragmatic; comfortable navigating rapid growth and changing market dynamics.
Team Collaboration: Collaborative executive presence; comfortable breaking down silos between Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive unified business goals
