About the role
We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and highly collaborative Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into its next phase of growth and innovation. Operating entirely in a remote environment, the CEO will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic direction, maximizing financial performance, and fostering a high-performing corporate culture.
As the top executive, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and operational execution, ensuring our remote workforce remains aligned, motivated, and highly productive. This role requires full operational availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours to interface effectively with key stakeholders, the Board of Directors, and core operational teams.

Compensation: $420,000 per year + executive benefits package
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop, execute, and communicate the company’s long-term vision and strategic plan to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
Financial Oversight: Manage corporate budgets, optimize resource allocation, and maintain ultimate accountability for the company's financial health, ensuring the achievement of executive-scale P&L targets.
Remote Culture & Governance: Foster an inclusive, transparent, and high-performance remote work culture. Establish modern communication frameworks to keep a distributed team aligned.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the management team and the Board of Directors, delivering clear, data-driven updates on corporate milestones and performance.
Market Expansion: Identify new commercial opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential M&A activities to scale the business globally.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of executive leadership experience (CEO, COO, President, or Divisional VP), preferably within a high-growth, remote-first corporate environment.
Time Zone Alignment: Must be permanently based in or fully adaptable to working standard business hours within the Eastern Time Zone (EST).
Financial Acumen: Proven track record of managing complex P&L statements, fundraising, or driving substantial organic revenue growth.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire distributed teams and present confidently to Board members and investors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related technical field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
